Dissertation Title: The impact of nutritional winter cover crops on the timing and success of diapause in tarnished plant bugs (L. lineolaris), as an indicator of summer populations. 

Research Interests: I am interested in agricultural systems and the relationships between crops, and beneficial and pest insects. My current research interests involve how controllable environmental factors in winter fields can affect spring and summer populations of tarnished plant bug Lygus lineolaris) on susceptible plant species.
